Coraline Jones handmade fabric and polymer clay doll unique one of a kind fan art doll. Key, spyglass, Yellow gum boots with whimsical hand painted features and cute handstitched upcycled outfit. She can easily store away in a rucksack to be carried off on adventures. All of the doll is hand made. Her gloves are clay then painted to match her film outfit. She has a little pocket on her skirt. Her body is soft and cuddly. Her head, hands and feet hard. She has vibrant Blue hair fashioned into 'space buns' and 2 detailed pretty dragonfly hair finishes. She can stand but prefers to sit.

Designed from preloved fabrics. Her face has been made on a whim, no mould. Her facial features are designed from polymer clay. Baked to harden and then hand painted using various techniques with acrylic paints and sealed.
She is a mix of colors with tatty stitching to give a real hand made look.
Rag dolls are one of the oldest toys in history. They have also been called prims or primative dolls. Designed from scraps of fabric and home made. How ever mass production of the dolls began in 1830's and they seem to have lost their originality.
I have always felt very strongly about upcycling and to be able to design and hand stich my dolls from such beautiful natural wool and cotton fabrics giving them their own unique identity is very enjoyable.
